  • All orders are processed within 1-2 working Days. And within India order will deliver in 3-5 Working days.
  • All the order which are placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. As we are off on Sunday.
  • Shipping charges anywhere within India is free above Rs. 2500.
  • Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout

  • We use DHL for our international orders and we charge Rs.2500/- per order irrespective of the items bought.
  • Orders are delivered within 7-8 working days
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info@anemonevinkel.com within 2 hours, of placing order.
  • The prices for International Shipping is based on the weight of the package. The updated price of the parcel will be visible while checking out.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Anemone Vinkel believes that we can help the customers as far as possible. Here is the cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Customer can cancel the order within 2 hours after placing the order by sending email to info@anemonevinkel.com. Amount will be refunded within 7 working days

Refund or Exchange:

  • No Refund / Exchange
  • In case of any defect/Damage within the product we will replace the order ASAP.
  • If there is any other damage other than the mentioned, there is no refund or exchange
  • Product purchased during the sale is non-refundable and you cannot cancel the order.
  • If customer has not raised defect/Damage within 2 working days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • If there is defect in product. The product should be unused and unwashed for hygiene purpose
  • The product should have original tags otherwise its not acceptable.
  • Product is not accepted after detaching the blouse from the saree
  • Saree Height and length is mentioned in the product description
  • Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Anemone Vinkel account.
  • Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you
  • In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly
  • If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return
