Cancellation & Refund Policy

Anemone Vinkel believes that we can help the customers as far as possible. Here is the cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Customer can cancel the order within 2 hours after placing the order by sending email to Amount will be refunded within 7 working days

Refund or Exchange:

  • No Refund / Exchange
  • In case of any defect/Damage within the product we will replace the order ASAP.
  • If there is any other damage other than the mentioned, there is no refund or exchange
  • Product purchased during the sale is non-refundable and you cannot cancel the order.
  • If customer has not raised defect/Damage within 2 working days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • If there is defect in product. The product should be unused and unwashed for hygiene purpose
  • The product should have original tags otherwise its not acceptable.
  • Product is not accepted after detaching the blouse from the saree
  • Saree Height and length is mentioned in the product description
  • Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Anemone Vinkel account.
  • Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you
  • In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly
  • If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return
